• One-half cup of fresh espresso
• Two and one-half cups low-fat milk
• One-quarter cup granulated sugar

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, chocolate and coffee; stir over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or just until sugar has dissolved and chocolate pieces have all melted.
Heat cream in a separate small saucepan until steaming, not boiling. Pour the coffee, chocolate and sugar mixture into your coffee cup and top off with the hot cream. Yum! These Starbucks recipes just keep getting more tempting, don't they?
STARBUCKS WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA
• Two-thirds of a cup of whole milk
• Six Tablespoons of white chocolate chips
• Whipped Cream
Heat milk and white chocolate chips in a small saucepan until chocolate has melted. Use an espresso maker to make your coffee, then pour half of the milk and chocolate mixture into a coffee mug. Fill with coffee, leaving enough room for a splash of whipped cream. Excellent!

This is one of customers FAVORITE Starbucks recipes, and it's simpler to make than you might think.
• 3 cups of espresso coffee
• Three-quarters of a cup of chocolate syrup
• Three quarter cups of sugar (use according to taste
• Four cups of milk - your choice, whole, 2 percent or skim
Make espresso coffee then add sugar while coffee's still hot, stirring until sugar completely dissolves.
Keep stirring for about another minute as you add the chocolate syrup and milk.
Mix thoroughly, then pour into a seal-able pitcher or container, to keep refrigerated and safe just as you would any dairy product.
When you desire a delicious Mocha Frappuccino, simply add equal parts of your liquid and ice, blend together until very smooth. Top off with whipped cream & a drizzle of chocolate syrup and "Voila!" Delectable Decadence!
